6:00 PM  –  9:00 PM

The Louisiana Art & Science Museum will hold its next Art After Hours event on Friday, March 15th, from 6 – 9 PM, to celebrate the opening of LASM’s newest exhibition, Second Nature: Artworks by Chase Mullen. This exhibition, which will be on view in The Soupçon Gallery, opens to the public on Saturday, March 16. The opening reception is generously sponsored by Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers, with in-kind sponsorship provided by Parish Brewing Company, Trader Joe’s, Morel’s Restaurant, and The Crawfish Hole.

Chase Mullen's creations for his first museum exhibition Second Nature explore the intricate ecology of the southern region, particularly Louisiana. Using acrylics on pristine white wooden panels, Mullen's art skillfully merges ecology with surrealism.

Along with Mullen’s world-renowned artworks, guests who attend LASM’s Art After Hours on Friday, March 15th can enjoy food provided by Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers, Trader Joe’s, The Crawfish Hole, and Morel’s Restaurant, and beer provided by Parish Brewing Company.

Guests who would like to attend the opening reception, which will be free to the public, are encouraged to RSVP using think link. RSVP by 3 PM on Friday, March 15 for the chance to win a gift basket from the event sponsor, Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers.
